PET Preforms

Capacity to produce over 2.8 billion preforms per year. The PET Resin (raw material) for these preforms is produced in-house by Gatron and Novatex and therefore gives standardized & consistent preforms.

Sizes range from 8.50 gms to 55 gms, with neck sizes 28 mm PCO, 29/25 neck & 30/25 neck, for 330ml to 2,250 ml Water / CSD and Pharma Bottles.

Produced on Husky HyPET and HPP machines installed from 2004 onwards.

Our preforms are approved and used by Coca Cola, Pepsi, Nestle and other major brands, both domestically and in international markets

Preforms are tested both experimentally in laboratories as well as by blowing and filling into bottles, thus ensuring quality and compliance in real-world applications.
